Welcome To The Valley
We are very grateful to host our wedding in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. The Vail Valley is made up of several small mountain towns including Edwards, Beaver Creek, Avon, and the Town of Vail. Each town is full of boutique shops, recreational activities, and lodging options.
The Town of Vail is a Bavarian-inspired, storybook town comprised of two main areas: Vail Village and Lionshead. Both alpine villages are lined with cobblestone streets exclusively for pedestrians. For convenience for our wedding, if you plan to stay in the Town of Vail we would recommend Vail Village as Gondola One, needed to access our venue, is located here.
GETTING THERE
Airports
Denver International Airport (DIA)
We recommend flying into Denver located about 2 hours east of Vail. All major airlines fly through Denver.
Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE)
If you prefer to fly closer to Vail, there is a small, one-runway, airport roughly 20 minutes from Vail Village. United and American Airlines are the only two airlines that fly to this location on a year-round basis.
Transportation
Car Rentals
All major car rental companies are represented at DIA and the majority are also represented at EGE.

Complimentary Bus System
The Town of Vail has a free bus system that runs between Vail Village and Lionshead.
Taxi Services
Uber is very new to Vail and there are only about 2 drivers. If you're looking for reliable transportation please utilize the cab companies listed below:

Parking
For those not staying in Vail or arranging transportation to your wedding, we recommend parking in the Vail Village Parking Structure located at 241 S Frontage Rd E
Daytime parking is free during the summer months; however, there is a $35 fee for overnight parking. The overnight charge will occur for vehicles parked between 4 and 5 am.

Altitude Notice
The town of Vail sits at 8,022 feet above sea level and our venue rises above 10,000 feet.
Guests not familiar with high altitude may experience symptoms of altitude sickness. We recommend staying well hydrated during your stay and a few days prior to traveling.
Please bear in mind, 2-3 drinks at sea level is equivalent to 1 drink at high altitude. Our wedding will be heavily photographed so all shenanigans will be well documented and potentially mocked for years to come. Please proceed with caution.
